Oolong Tea
Yellow Plum - 100g - £5.25
This tea is smooth and slightly sweet and toasty with sunflower blossoms and a hint of apricot.
After rolling, the tea is allowed to ferment only until the edges of the leaves start turning brown, the tea is then fired which stunts the fermenting process and captures the character associated with oolong tea. Oolong tea is half fermented.
Ingredients: with sunflower blossoms, rosebud leaves, cornflower blossoms, vervain and apricot.
